You are all invited to our Social Erasmus - Kick-off

So, who are we and why should you join?
Our mission is to involve international students into volunteering services and to create a positive social impact in the local communities.
SocialErasmus (SE) offers opportunities for international students to get closer to the local community where they can engage in volunteer activities, which aids individual community members or the local community in general.
This project is for everyone who wants to experience Mannheim and Germany not only by partying or hanging out, but also for those who want to experience their student life in Mannheim and the Rhein-Neckar region by becoming socially involved!
This semester we’re planning to go for a
- cleaning-event (the most successful team will win a price),
- to help out at the “Tafel”, a food bank which is a charitable organization that distributes food to those who have difficulties purchasing it
- to collect lids against Polio
- and more!

If you are interested and would like to get to know more about it, join our Social Erasmus Kick-Off Monday evening. Afterwards we will all meet up again at the VISUM Welcome-Stammtisch at 8pm in L3.

Hast du Lust dich sozial zu engagieren und gleichzeitig in Kontakt zu Studenten aus aller Welt zu kommen? Dann wird dich unser Social Erasmus Team interessieren!
Dort kannst du verschiedene wohltätige Projekte zusammen mit Austauschstudierenden, die an der Universität Mannheim studieren, organisieren!
Bisher ist geplant:
- zusammen an einem Mannheimer Putz-Event teilzunehmen (das sauberste Team erhält sogar einen Preis)
- bei der Mannheimer Tafel auszuhelfen
- Deckel gegen Polio zu sammeln
- und mehr!

Später nach dem Kick-off werden wir uns beim VISUM Welcome-Stammtisch um 8 im L3 wiedersehen.
