Get Together
We have another get-together for you!
Join our event to meet new people, talk in different languages and the best of it: eat sushi and drink delicious cocktails! We partnered up once again with MIZU and hope you'll enjoy spending your tuesday evening with VISUM and Mizu.

Bouldern
Is climbing the library stairs not enough for you?
Then we have something for you:
VISUM goes to the climbing hall!
Come bouldering with us! VISUM is organizing a bouldering event for beginners as well as advanced climbers. A professional climbing teacher will be there to support the beginners.
The event will cost you 6€ (please bring in CASH to the event) and will include the entrance fee as well as climbing shoes.
Places are limited so grab your buddy and sign up!
! IMPORTANT ! If you cancel, we expect you to find a replacement as we`re already carrying the majority of the costs and as the places are limited!

City Trip to Mainz
Spring is coming and it’s time to visit Mainz - the beautiful capital of the state Rheinland-Pfalz.
With its gorgeous old town and the romanesque cathedral Mainz is worth a trip for the looks alone but it was also the birthplace of one of the most revolutionary inventions of all time: the printing press. Johannes Gutenberg changed the world with his printing machine, and you can hear all about it in the museum (you’ll also get to see a demonstration of an actual antique printing press).
If books and printing isn’t your thing then the „Fastnachtmuseum“ might be for you. You can learn all about the German tradition of „Fastnacht“ or „Karneval“ and why it is so important to the region.
To join this trip you will need to buy a train ticket in advance. We recommend buying a „Rheinland-Pfalz“ ticket which has an open return all day. The ticket costs 25€ if you travel alone but it is very cheap to add up to 4 people. For example: If you book the ticket for 5 people (max. capacity) it costs 49€ which is only 9,80€ per person:

There are multiple other options for tickets to (especially for Bahncard 25 / 50 holders). You can buy them via DB App, Trainline App or ticket machines at the train stations.
The entry to the museum is 3€ per person (for students).

Bouldern
Komm’ mit uns bouldern! VISUM hat ein Event organisiert, bei welchem sowohl Beginner als auch Fortgeschrittene mit uns in die Kletterhalle können. Ein professioneller Kletterlehrer wird dort sein, um die Anfänger zu unterstützen.
Das Event wird dich 6€ kosten (bitte BAR mitbringen) und beinhaltet sowohl den Eintritt, als auch die Kletterschuhe.
Es gibt nur begrenzte Plätze, also schnapp deinen Buddy und melde dich an!
! WICHTIG ! Wenn du absagst, erwarten wir, dass du eigenständig einen Ersatz für dich findest, da wir schon den Großteil der Kosten tragen und es begrenzte Plätze gibt!

City Trip Mainz
Der Frühling steht vor der Tür und es ist Zeit Mainz zu besichtigen – der wunderschönen Hauptstadt von Rheinland-Pfalz.
Mit der wunderschönen Altstadt und der Kathedrale im Stil der Romantik, lohnt sich ein Ausflug nach Mainz auf alle Fälle. Aber auch, da es die Geburtsstadt einer der revolutionärsten Erfindungen ist: die Buchdruckmaschine. In dem Museum kannst du alles über Johannes Gutenberg und seiner Erfindung lernen (du bekommst sogar eine Vorführung einer echten alten Druckmaschine.
Um mitzufahren, musst du im Voraus ein Zugticket kaufen. Wir empfehlen das Rheinland-Pfalz Ticket, welches man den gesamten Tag nutzen kann. Das Ticket kostet 25€ wenn du alleine reist, aber man kann ganz einfach gegen einen Aufpreis bis zu 4 Leute dazunehmen. Bsp: Wenn du das Ticket für 5 Leute kaufst (maximale Anzahl), kostet alles nur 49€, d.h. nur 9,80€ p.P.
