VISUM goes Ice Skating
Save the date!
Even if it's autumn, you already thought for sure: "Oh my, is this cold!" And there's one essential thing you should do when it's cold during this time of the year: Ice Skating!
So join us on Thursday, 21th of october and rock the ice!
We will meet in front of the "Eissportzentrum Herzogenried" and go in together. You will need your ID card to rent skates.
When: October 21th, 7.30 pm

VISUM Bike Tour Speyer
It's time to get active! You want to get some exercise, but you don't like going to the gym? You love the outdoors?
VISUM has the perfect solution for you. We are taking you on a beautiful bike tour along the Rhine to Speyer and back! We’ll cycle approximately 60km.
And the best part? It's all for free! All you have to bring is yourself, some snacks/drinks/a blanket for a little picnic, and don't forget your good mood! We will take care of the rest!

diese Woche wird es sportlich!
VISUM goes Ice Skating
Haltet euch den Abend frei!
Auch wenn es erst Herbst ist, habt ihr sicher schon gedacht: "Ui, ist das kalt!" und es gibt eine essentielle Tätigkeit, die man in dieser Kälte während dieser Jahreszeit machen muss: Schlittschuhfahren!
Also kommt mit uns am Donnerstag, den 21. Oktober und rockt das Eis!
Wir werden uns vor dem Eissportzentrum Herzogenried treffen und dann gemeinsam in die Eishalle gehen. Um Schlittschuhe ausleihen zu können braucht ihr euren Personalausweis.

VISUM goes Bike Tour Speyer
Es wird mal wieder Zeit für ein wenig Bewegung! Du möchtest noch Sport treiben, bist aber kein Fan vom Fitnessstudio? Du verbringst deine Zeit lieber draußen in der Natur? Da haben wir was für dich! Wir nehmen dich mit auf eine aufregende Fahrradtour am Rhein entlang in Richtung Speyer und zurück! Die Fahrradtour ist ca. 60km lang.
Und das Beste daran? Du musst dafür nichts bezahlen! Alles, was du brauchst, sind ein paar Snacks/Getränke/eine Decke für ein kleines Picknick und natürlich deine gute Laune! Um den Rest kümmern wir uns!
