Hey guys, 

this is the binding registration form for the trip to the ice hockey match of the "Adler Mannheim" on Friday, January 20th.

After signing up, please send the money ASAP to the bank account information which you will be given in the confirmation message after singing up (no email!).

All the information you need regarding meeting point and time can be found in the Instagram and WhatsApp post or on our website.

If you won't be able to come, it is in your responsibility to find someone to take your spot.
